As a part of continually updating our offering and security, we have begun swapping out our spam filter appliances for a better and safe customer experience.
We’re migrating customers over to the new spam filter during summer of 2023. There’s nothing you need to do as this will automatically be done for you.
The one change you may notice is that each day you will receive a daily digest of any emails that were blocked by the filter.
In this daily report, you do not have to do anything at all if you don’t see any messages important to you.
If you want to take action, the following choices are available to you:
– Whitelist the sender
– Blacklist the sender
– Deliver the message to your inbox
– Delete
If you are ever waiting on an email from someone and you think it was caught, you can always click on the “web interface” link from the last received Daily Spam Report Email. For example, I can find yesterday’s and click on the link to open up a portal which will show all the emails in quarantine.
